We service Wall, Mantel and CUCKOO clocks with brass movements in our shop.
Basic service Ultrasonic Cleaning Steps:
Remove the movement from the clock
Ultrasonic clean the movement in a heated chemical bath with special cleaning fluids
Then Rinse, dry, lubricate, dry, and reassemble the clock prior to tuning.
We require basic service be performed on your clock by Ultrasonic cleaning and oiling before any tuning, configuring or additional repairs can be provided.
Wall, Mantel and Cuckoo clocks (bird only)

(tuning charge prorated if clock operation not 100%)

Cuckoo clock containing a music box with or without dancers

NOTE: While the basic Ultrasonic cleaning service resolves almost ALL clock issues, there is NO guarantee. Ultrasonic cleaning and oiling is time intensive and requires a NON refundable fee regardless of outcome for the leaning portion of the service. The balance of the stated fees are for tuning and adjustment.
Note on Tuning Fee: If unable to get all expected functions running, the tuning fee will be reduced.
Estimates for extra repairs identified after basic service may be offered or you may be referred to other vendors with the correct expertise needed for your situation.
