Clock Services:

We service Wall, Mantel and CUCKOO clocks with brass movements in our shop.
Basic service Ultrasonic Cleaning Steps:
Remove the movement from the clock
Ultrasonic clean the movement in a heated chemical bath with special cleaning fluids
Then Rinse, dry, lubricate, dry, and reassemble the clock prior to tuning.
We require basic service be performed on your clock by Ultrasonic cleaning and oiling before any tuning, configuring or additional repairs can be provided.
Wall, mantel and cuckoo clock basic service includes ultrasonic cleaning, oiling and tuning for most brands.
$80 on drop off for cleaning, (NON refundable) $80
$60 for configuration and tuning on pickup $60
(tuning charge reduced or eliminated if clock operation not 100%)

Cuckoo clock containing a music box with or without dancers

$100 for configuration and tuning on pickup $100

Cuckoo with music, dancers, figures sawing, hammering, etc. drop off $80

NOTE: While the basic Ultrasonic cleaning service resolves almost ALL clock issues, there is NO guarantee. Ultrasonic cleaning and oiling is time intensive and requires a NON refundable fee regardless of outcome. This Cleaning fee is due and payable on drop-off: $80. The balance of the stated fees are for tuning and adjustment paid on pick up of clock if 100% working. The tuning fee will be prorated if unable to get all expected functions running.
Estimates for extra repairs identified during basic service may be offered or you may be referred to other vendors with the correct expertise needed for your situation.
We are Not accepting Grand Father clocks at this time, check back in May 2026.
