INGRAHAM MANTEL CLOCK “MONARCH” DATED 1911WITH ENAMELED WOOD CASE.
IT IS AN EIGHT DAY TIME AND STRIKE ON THE HALF AND THE HOUR, SOUNDING VERY MUCH LIKE THE LOW TONE OF A GRANDFATHER CLOCK.
TWO PAIRS OF MARBLEIZED MULTICOLOR COLUMNS WITH GILDED ORNAMENTATION TOP AND BOTTOM ARE SET BACK FROM THE ORNATE BRASS DIAL. ADDING TO ITS APPEARANCE ARE THE FANCIFUL BRASS FEET.
THE DIAL, WITH RAISED LETTERING IS 5”. THE CLOCK’S HEIGHT IS 12”. ITS WIDTH IS 17”. THE WOOD CASE IS FINISHED IN BLACK ENAMEL. A HALF ROUND MARBLEIZED BAND DECORATES THE BASE OF THE CLOCK
ITS STATELY APPEARANCE IS IMPRESSIVE.

This is an E. Ingraham Calendar Clock. The Clock is an 8 day time and strike on a wire gong. The calendar is a 31 day. Clocks height is 24 ˝” by 15 ˝” wide. The case is beautiful Oak wood in pristine condition. Clocks dial is 5”. Clock has beautiful wood carvings with carved Oak wood Ornaments. The lower glass door has a beautiful gold etched design. It also has an Alarm you can set to ring every 24 hours on a brass half bell. It has a 5” paper dial and nice brass dial ring. The lower glass palet door has the original gold etched tree and shrub design. Has no flaking. The case is beautiful Walnut and has been refinished at some time in the past. There are many Fancy carvings, along with a 4” Solid Brass Oreniment at the center top, very nice. The clocks height-25 ˝’, and width-15 ˝’. We have serviced the movement and it keeps accurate time.
